Simply use the super- habit as you focus on one person at a time, with the following adjustments: In step 2, replace the word “air” with the persons name. In step 3 and 4, look for an opportunity and action which involves that person.

Note: Be sure to check each person off the list, then save and submit, which will help you to keep track of which people/ drills you still need to complete. You may choose to “refresh” and start over anytime you desire, which people commonly do before starting a new week.
