Habit menu directions:
Step 1: Choose one idea on the menu that stands out to you.
Step 2: Do the super habit pro exercise a few times but replace step 3 with the idea you chose from the menu. Want to take it to the next level? After pondering opportunities and adding some simple items to your list, think on a bigger scale and/or add an item or two that requires you to get out of your comfort zone.
Step 3: Choose another idea if you like and repeat the process. Leave the items you choose checked when you save and submit. Those “checked” ideas will be removed from that list and added to the next list until you refresh your menu. This help you keep track of which ideas you have not yet chose to explore.
